Spitfire Survivors is published in two formats, a Black and White Edition priced at £50 and a Colour Edition at £75. Please ensure that you choose the correct destination area as postage and packing charges reflect the costs of shipping to different regions. All books are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide, using Air Mail delivery where appropriate. Books are insured and must be signed for on arrival. Due to the weight of the package and the value of the book the postage charges are relatively high but we want to ensure that your book arrives safely and in good condition. Canadian readers please note that due to the weight limit of 2kg on printed matter sent from the UK to Canada (the package weighs 2.6 kg) we are unable to ship using the Printed Paper rate and have to ship at the regular Parcel rate which is more expensive. Please ensure that you click the dedicated button for Canadian deliveries rather than that for "Rest of World" If you do not have a PayPal account you can still purchase via PayPal with your credit card but this may incur an extra charge. Setting up a PayPal account is free and only takes a few seconds. If you prefer you may pay via internet banking directly to our account. If you wish to do so please email sales@spitfiresurvivors.co.uk for our bank account details. Please allow up to 28 days for your book to arrive once you have placed your order.
